  • Put the olive oil and chopped garlic into a bowl.
  • Season the smoked salmon with the lemon juice and pepper.
  • Slice the bread, baste with olive oil and garlic and bake in the oven at 180°C until slightly golden.
  • Once the bread has cooled, add the rocket, smoked salmon and fromage frais.
